ISP, RIAA and Movie Studios abusing customer.

Omar Morales In yet another case in wish ISP and copyright owner represented by the RIAA and the MPAA are abusing customers . Today CNET reports on a grandma that was cutoff internet service from Quest because the movie industry accused her of illegally downloading movies.
The interesting part is that Quest and the studios took the action arbitrarily and no matter how much she claimed she did not downloaded anything illegally they will not listen. Classic behavior.
But because she went to the media and outlets like CNET took the issue seriously Quest agree to send a technician to her house and in fact found she wasn't illegally downloading anything.
I want to emphasis that they only did this after the media got involved. So how many cases could it be of people been cut off the internet by mistake or merely abuse.
I believe that it should not be the ISP role to acts as the RIAA and MPAA personals body guards. And their only motivation is the big chunk of cash they are receiving from this organizations.
