Another Step Backwards Thanks To The GOP [environment, energy]

Ok today we take another step backwards and once again thanks to the Republican Party. 

In 2007 a bill was passed to kill the power hungry incandescent bulbs in 2012. This will had more efficient bulbs been use. 

While incandescent bulbs are cheap they are one of the major cause of pollution and energy waste and killing them will had been a great step forward for all of us.

But it had to happen again. The Republican party stepped in to get rid of the change and take another step backwards in energy efficiency and pollution.

I don't get them either they are stupid enough that a couple of dollars from any corporate interest will make them do anything or they are just plain stupid.

I don't like to writte about politics but this people are always passing legislation in the wrong direction. For them net neutrality, privacy, a better environment & more energy efficiency is wrong. But the interest of big corporation and the rich no matter how wrong are always fine for them.

Thanks tech-less GOP thanks again for messing with something good and making all of us take another step backwards.
