Samsung Smartphone Owner Better Get Use To No Major OS Upgrades [android] [galaxy s]
Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at 2:42PM Omar Morales I am not a big fan of Samsung and that's because they have no respect for their customers. After the initial sale don't expect them to care for your device. If you want it to get better you only have one option on Samsung's eye.
Getting a new one.
You see Samsung don't belief in post sales upgrades and they get away with it on TVs, Cameras, dumb phones etc because of those devices nature. But when smartphone arrived and brought with them post sales upgrades Samsung dint got the memo.
Since their Behold 2 days Samsung customers get left behind every time a new OS version come and they claim is because of hardware limitations.
When the Galaxy S launched and they claimed it was a superphone and it when to sell over 10 million units we though things will change but no we were wrong.
See Samsung said that the Galxy Tab and Galaxy S will not get th upgrade to ICS then said it will get a value package upgrade and now said they will not get anything.
What's amazing is that this devices aren't that old and are even sold in some markets. But Samsung has shifted focus to new devices like the Galaxy S2. And what the new Galaxy S2 owner don't know is that when the next best thing from Samsung hits like the Samsung S3 that's when their devices will get obsolete and Samsung will forget about them.
Shame on you Samsung you make good devices but they don't last. Avoid Samsung smartphone at all cost or it will cost you.

Samsung sells cheap phones! HTC have much more big price but functionality same as in Samsungs. I can read my custom essay at HTC and at Samsung!
