Apple iPad Pre-Orders Starts New Details Available

Today you can finally pre-order either a Wifi only or 3G Apple iPad. But keep in mind you wont receive the Wifi version until April 3rd and the 3G a month after that. 

But At least if you pre-order you will receive it on Saturday if FedEx makes Saturday deliveries on your area if not it will be on Monday the 5th. 

New Details

Some new details are available. Here are them.

• The Apple Care Plan will cost $99
• You will be able to use a normal Apple Bluethoot Keyboard with the iPad
• AVI 1280×720 HD Video Support
• VoiceOver
• iBooks will not be pre-installed
• Screen Orientation lock
• Data Control on 3G version. With meter and notifications.
• Available optional power cord.

I will recommend you pre-order your as soon as possible in case those shortage rumors are true.

Reserving an iPad? You still need to line up.

As we already know the reservation and pre-orders for the Apple iPad starts on March 12th. But a lot of people are asking.

If I reserve an iPad do I still have to be in the line?

Well if you pre-order and submit your credit card on Apple.com you won't have to even go to the store as the iPad will be ship to your home. 

But if you decide to reserve it and pick it up at the store then is a different story. Apple will make every attempt to have an iPad for you if you reserved it. But their is no guarantee whatsoever. And yes if you want to be absolutely sure you will get your hands of one in launch day you will need to be in line (in case their is one)

Note that when you make a reservation you wont be charged by Apple at all. You will pay at the store when you pick it up on April 3rd.
