HP Officially Kills The TouchPad & Pre3 Along With All webOS Devices

HP reported that it plans to announce that it will discontinue operations for webOS devices, specifically the TouchPad and webOS phones. HP will continue to explore options to optimize the value of webOS software going forward.

Wow that was fast. HP has officially announced that they are killing their webOS Tablets (TouchPad) and webOS phones (Pre3).

Just a couple of month ago the TouchPad was announced with a lot of fan fare but after failing to catch on and with rumors that even BestBuy was mad at HP because they only moved 25,000 of their stock of almost 300,000 and wanted HP to get them back.

Well thier goes another iPad casualty.
